Braggawatt hired me to develop an SEO strategy across their new website. I used a list of 20+ competetive keywords to reconstuct their website navigation and menus. This led to better search results and a more intuitive customer experience.


In addition, I refocused the website copy on the customer journey. Braggawatt’s customers are primarily small business owners and nonprofit directors. I suggested that Braggawatt stop talking about their own stories and features. Instead, I wrote copy that engaged the fears and concerns of Braggawatt’s ideal clients. This drove more sales and coversions for Braggawatt’s bottom line.
